We are finishing our moving.

After three wonderful years in Chester, we are moving our restaurant to it's new, permanent home. Our new location on Lake Almanor's Peninsula will offer everything you always wanted: nice quiet neighborhood off the highway, large deck for outdoor dining during summer, beautiful lake views from the dining room, and full service bar with specialty cocktails, pool table, jukebox and separate outdoor deck making it the perfect spot to unwind after day on the lake.

Our planned opening date is Friday, May 11th, and we will be open every day from 11AM to 10PM for Lunch and Dinner, and Bar will stay open later. Check back soon for new updated menu, and stay tuned for grand opening party later in May.

Red Onion Grill & Bar is located at 303 Peninsula Drive in resort area of Lake Almanor's Peninsula Village in Northern California; convenient to Lake Almanor resorts, marinas and boat rentals, Country Club residents and golf courses, as well as Hotels and Inns of Chester, Lake Almanor West, Pratville, East Shore, Westwood, Susanville, Quincy and Canyon Dam; and visitors of Lassen Volcanic National Park. During Summer and Fall, Red Onion Grill is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week from 11AM to 10PM (Bar is open later).
