Summer and Fall is over, but we are not ready to slow down yet. Plan to be here this winter! You’ll be treated to some of the most tranquil winter experiences. Winter season in Chester/Lake Almanor Basin brings lots of snow, crisp air, open spaces and abundant wildlife. Snow-shoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, or simply playing in the snow and relaxing are just some of the joys of visiting us in the winter.


During Winter and Spring, we are open for Dinner 4PM-8:30PM, Thursday-Sunday. We invite you to enjoy our updated DINNER menu and weekly specials.


Our Chef Mike and rest of the staff - Steve, Steve II, Jenna, Jody, and of course Filip, Eva, Adam & Matthew - are looking forward to seeing you at the Red Onion Grill again!
